CT Guided Gasserion Ganglion Block - Precise Saviour

The present case report discussed the management of a 62-year-old female patient with medically refractory trigeminal neuralgia percutaneous CT-guided gasserion ganglion block (CT-GGB). Using Hartel anterior approach, we successfully performed CT-GGB precise positioning 22G LP needle tip in medial aspect foramen ovale at base skull as was witnessed clinically by sharp pain along affected areas face, confirmed serial CT screening until it reaches predefined depth.
